For me, design can not interrupt the visual of where the design is located, but it has to enhance it. If you’re in Aruba, the best approach is a design that always has the tropics as background and incorporates elements that make you feel as if you are indeed in a beach home regardless of how casual or elegant a client wants their home, but if you’re away from the island, maybe in a vibrant City, it’s more about unique, vibrant designs that blend in!

When it comes to space design, I believe that selecting the proper pieces is key to elevating your concept. Personally, I am drawn to using gorgeous natural materials, such as stones, wood, and textiles, that help me define that Caribbean feel. I like to support local businesses so I love incorporating original pieces from local artisans and artists in my designs.
